Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or production for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable.

Returns (if applicable)

Returns are accepted. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return purchases to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are charged at most once, including returns; no restocking fee applies.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will email confirmation. We will also advise whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund is processed and credited automatically to the original payment method within a certain period.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If no refund has arrived, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as posting may be delayed. Next contact your bank; processing time often causes delay. If these steps fail, contact service@lifeincozy.com.
